Sherile Turner founded Youthweek after mentoring a variety of young people who were pursuing entrepreneurship and success in business. She realised the need and sought to put together a valuable experience for these young people. 

 

With an extensive and successful background in business, media sales and publishing Sherile felt it necessary to create a movememnt that told young people the truth about business.
