Matilda Ankoma is the Marketing officer for Elevation Networks, a youth employment charity working with under-represented youth in the labour market. Working with the government Start Up Loans Initiative she is helping young people aged 18-30 find and develop their entrepreneurial potential and start their own businesses.

 

Matilda has also studied and worked in the hospitality industry for 6 and a half years. She has had experience in multifunctional hospitality establishments ranging from bars, restaurants, hotels and events management. Throughout this time Matilda has also travelled, prompting her to start her own travel agency, The Lazy Travel Company. Started in 2013, it is a start-up company which looks to build tailor-made travel packages for groups.
