James is a 23 year old graduate turned entrepreneur. He tried a couple of business ideas out at university whilst running the enterprise society, but the first sniff of a bigger market came with his latest business Sorted! 

When he was 15, James committed himself to joining the Army, an organisation better known for how rigid and structured it is. James battled it out against 10,000 other applicants to gain a place at Welbeck College where he studied his A levels and gained a strong foundation in leadership. James left the graduate scheme at the age of 18 due to injury and realised that the qualities taught in the structured environment of the military were transferrable to a much more decision orientated sector, the startup world. 

Whilst at university James started a local listings website followed by a student discount brand and watched both fall down and fail. But armed with the attitude of "If 90-99% of startups fail, I'll start 100" he eventually turned his skill set towards marketplaces and now runs Sorted, which has gained investment, has a substantial user base and had lots of press including TechCrunch & the BBC.
