Ishmail, has over 5 years experience in the Entertainment and Business Industry; starting his career at the international campaign group Mothers Against Guns in late 2007.Ishmail has since formed his own multi-faceted media organisation, Connect Media Group, which specialises in Music Management, Public Relations, Marketing, Digital Advertising, Event Management, Targeted Youth Communications and Branding Consultancy within the UK & Europe.He has consulted for a number of national and international clients and throughout his career has worked on projects such as Atlanta International Fashion Week (Atlanta, USA), UK rapper Giggs (XL Recordings) and UK Blockbuster film Adulthood to name just a few.Ishmail's Connect Media Group and UK events company 'Uni-Ty Live' have organised a number of concert after parties and live music events, the most high profile being J. Cole (Roc Nation, Sony Music) at Inc, O2.Currently Ishmail is working on projects for the likes of US rapper Lil Zane, Singer/Songwriter 'Dawn Richard' (previously Diddy - Dirty Money & Danity Kane), International Money Transfer Company 'MoneyGram' and 'Universal Music'.He is also working with Startup Loans Delivery Partner Positive Inclusions to provide Startups with Loans, Business Mentoring and Pre-Business Support, he also works Ethnic Communications Agency Rich Visions's digital arm Rich Visions Digital. Ishmail is also a Business Mentor, Social Media Coach  and Digital Marketing Specialist.Ishmail's main interests include music and fashion, he also enjoys reading crime fiction books in his spare time and is a loyal Arsenal FC supporter.
