Gordon Pollock - Head of Creative strategy and founder of Dream Random.  He has spent most his life working with technology and helping companies compete in the market place. He started as a web developer for 4 years working alongside 3rd year university projects to help them target their user base more effectively. Now runs Dream Random which works using the same ethos as Gordon had during his work with startups at his university.
